Thailand is a country where the selling of sex has become a desperate enterprise. One of the most glaring examples is the coastal town of Pattaya, not far from Bangkok. Our contributor Anne Marie Ruff recently visited Pattaya and found a ray of hope, not far from the seedy red-light district.
