Question of the week: beat the crowds
I am an academic librarian and I work on the holiday. There are no
crowds and it allows me to have a floating holiday to use when I want
to go away. So, how am I going to beat the Labor Day crowds -- go
to work. Then take my Labor Day holiday in early October and go to
New Hampshire (not Columbus Day- I am working that day).
