Getting Ready for Adventure
I am an educator and a writer of assorted subjects.
(Food and travel are relatively new additions.) For
several years I've been acting out a novel in my
head, part of which occurs on Spain's Balearic
island of Ibiza.
To have a month alone to inhale Ibiza's
atmosphere and draft up as much as possible will
be the work opportunity of my life. I've already
made flight plans, and I'm currently making
arrangements for digs. All I have to do now is
find another $500 and brace myself for a month-long separation from my husband and teen-aged
son.
