Trip of passion: Anne of Green Gables
My trip of passion was a 1996 literary pilgrimage to Prince Edward
Island and the territory that inspired L.M. Montgomery in her "Anne of
Green Gables" books. A friend of mine and I planned a vacation to
the Maritimes with P.E.I. at the top of our list of "Must Sees."
I believe this is strictly a girl trip - if there is a man who ever
read the Anne books, he's not admitting it.
We loved every moment of it.
