Nancy and Adam's Trip
I am an Israeli now studying in the U.S. I would like to commend Nancy
Updike on her profound
insights about the way that many Israelis (in this case Boaz, her Israeli
tour-guide) think, and react to Jewish-American perceptions of Israel. She
did a wonderful job in portraying the feelings that Israel can generate in
Israelis and in American-Jews and non-Jews alike.
Thank you Nancy, for bringing fourth what I have many times tried to
explain, but could not!
