BA customer service
I recently had cause to speak with BA customer service out of the US
where I live. I called the number and was told that "Due to the large
number of calls I needed to write them!!!", OK I did this back in
February. No response. I now call and get a message (are you ready
for it) the customer service phone-line is open between 4pm and 5pm
eastern time. Yes 4pm and 5pm.
Is it me, or is there some definition of customer service that I'm
not familiar with????
