Have you been to Rickwood Field in Birmingham, AL?
It is the country's oldest field, and home to an "old fashioned"
baseball game once per season. It is a beautiful field, and until a
decade ago, all of the Birmingham Barons home games were played
their. Much history and fame to this park. Please help me
"de-steretype" the south, and Birmingham, as a "hokey, we're all
related" kind of culture and visit us.
I know that you will be pleased with the field and our small city.
There is much to do!
