leisurely drive through France's Loire Valley, or maybe a
no-speed-limit cruise on the German Autobahn is more your speed. But
rental rates overseas can be even double what they are here. How can
you beat those prices? I wanted to find out, so I spoke with Dave
Lyons. He works for Auto Europe, a company that finds rental car
