These days it's almost inevitable. You spend weeks planning your
trip. You get a great price, head off for your dream vacation, only
to find the airline ticket people rude, your reserved rental
car's missing and your ocean view suite? Overlooks the
puddles in the parking lot.
Now this isn't a happy subject, but for this week's Travelers' Aid
segment, I wanted to find out the best and most effective ways to
complain when you find yourself in this kind of situation. And one
person who knows all about that is a familiar voice, our very own Geo Beach. Geo says things have gotten so bad, he
actually factors "complaint time" into his schedule for every single
trip he takes.
We also wanted to know if there are any more effective ways to
complain? Should you do it during or after a trip? For another
complaining tactics lesson, we turned to Joe Brancatelli. Joe's a
columnist for Biztravel.com and he's known as the Tactical
Traveler. Listen to what Geo and Joe have to say.
