Making airlines easier, more convenient, etc.
One suggestion would be that they simply enforce the rules regarding
carry-on luggage. I realize this is probably an overplayed complaint,
but so often I see people bringing on all their worldly possessions,
while I have checked my luggage like a good girl should.
